Project Manager

Anderson International is looking for Project Manager to be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific capital machinery projects ensuring consistency with commitments, company strategy and goals. This individual will oversee entire projects from beginning to end and be the go to person regarding the overall scope of the project. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills who is capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. This is a challenging yet fun position for someone who has a desire to learn and grow.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of project preferably with capital equipment
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements to develop project plans
  • Coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs * Have complete understanding of commercial contract
  • Insure that the project is compliant with the terms for delivery and billing
  • Maintain contract files
  • Understand progress billings
  • Understand final and service billings
  • Coordinating delivery of product, resolving logistic issues, evaluating demand requirements and tracking production of Anderson content.

Education and Prior Experience:

  • Education usually obtained by a 4 year degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Experience and/or certification in PMI practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning
  • Proven experience in risk management
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Proficient in project management software
